I brought a ring to Ancaster Jewellers to have a couple stones replaced and wanted the ring checked over. They were able to identify an area on the ring that had been previously fixed, (an area that I always worried about related to poor workmanship from a previous shop).

I received a reasonable quote and timelines for repairs before leaving my ring in their care. My ring was fixed, cleaned and buffed and looks spectacular!

No additional charges, timelines honoured and friendly service throughout! We were so happy we left another ring with them to be resized.

Beyond fabulous! Staff are great, friendly and extremely helpful. No hidden costs, they dont tell you want you want to hear to get your business, they tell you the truth , no surprises. A ring that was bought from a jeweller in the islands fell apart! (Will not mention name here, but message me if curious). The ring needed a piece to be built to match the rest of the ring, and that they did! They also placed the new piece directly in the middle to balance out the ring with the remainder 4 pieces. I needed a battery replaced for my watch,as well as links removed from the band,and adjustment on closing mechanism.The watch needed a pressure test for 200 meters,and had to be sent out for this service.The watch was ready two weeks earlier than expected. I have had countless amazing experiences at Ancaster Jewellers over the last ~7 years, not only with the staff, but with Jean-Pierre directly as well. I have required a range of services from them, including watch repair, ring resizing, repair of broken and loose diamonds in an heirloom ring, as well as always being where I go to purchase my timepieces. I have also sold/traded watches to them, and that experience was fantastic as well. I simply cannot understand how others can say that their staff is rude, as I've never encountered the slightest inkling of a rude comment in my hours spent inside that store.

I get my watch batteries there and they are always fast and efficient. Good quality batteries too, that last longer that the cheap ones offered by other stores. It's a high end store with very nice merchandise. The door is locked for security and you have to ring the buzzer then they unlock the door remotely.

They totally saved us! My engagement ring was completely destroyed by another jeweler.  It was so danged that it was going to cost a fortune to have it rebuilt.  So we ended up buying a new band from Ancaster Jewellers and having them transfer the diamonds over.  they were so patient and helpful (considering I was left very un happy and untrusting from the jeweler before.)
